Bank updates arrive more reliably

Some bank connections had quietly stopped sending us update notifications. Your transactions still arrived on the daily sync, but the between-sync updates that come in when your bank reports changes were not showing up for everyone.

We found the cause and fixed it. Every connection now checks itself daily and repairs its notification registration automatically, so updates flow again without you doing anything.
