Snap receipts now, sort them later

There's a faster way to get receipts in. A camera button now sits above the add button on the Transactions screen and in your receipts inbox, and on your phone you can jump straight in from the home screen: long-press the app icon and pick Add Receipt, add the Add Receipt control to Control Center on iOS 18, or use the Quick Settings tile on Android.

Snap one or more pages per receipt, tap Save and next receipt, and keep going. Photos are saved securely on your device and upload on their own the next time the app is open with a connection, so a dead spot doesn't cost you a receipt. Everything lands in Receipts awaiting filing, where the AI reads them if you've turned that on in Settings, or waits for you to fill in the details yourself.

Also in this update: the app now reopens where you left off instead of starting back at the dashboard, including after an app lock or a restart. And you can choose how quickly the app lock re-engages in Settings, from immediately up to 15 minutes.
