A new look for loading

Loading now speaks the app's own language. The generic spinners and gray placeholder bars are gone, replaced by an animated cipher field — the same redacted-text motif as our website. Pull-to-refresh opens a cipher band under the header and holds until the refresh actually finishes, with a small haptic tap when it arms and another when it's done. Full-screen loads fill the surface with the field instead of showing a dim panel with a small strip in the middle. It follows your chosen theme and accent, and renders as a still frame if you use reduced effects or high contrast.
