Accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA)

The app now conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. Specifically:

• Screen readers work throughout, including charts, calendars and money figures. Amounts are read as amounts, not as strings of digits.
• Everything can be operated by keyboard alone.
• Palettes are colour-blind safe. Income and expense are no longer told apart by colour on its own.
• Text scales to 200% without clipping or breaking layout.
• There's a reduced-effects setting that turns off blur and animation.
• Each screen sets its own page title, so browser tabs and history are usable.
