Recurring transactions

You can delete a recurring rule from anywhere it appears, not just one screen. Rules explain what state they're in and why, and link back to the bill they came from.

Detection got better too. Two subscriptions from the same provider at different amounts are treated as two things instead of being merged. Reimbursements don't count as income any more, and income estimates leave out transfers between your own accounts and reinvested dividends.
