Goals, sinking funds and budgets that work together
Right now goals, sinking funds and budgets don't know about each other. They should: money you've set aside for a goal shouldn't look available to spend, and progress in one place should show up in the others.

These work together now. Money set aside for a goal no longer shows as available to spend, spending you fund from a goal stays out of your budget totals, and sinking funds are a goal type rather than a separate thing to track. Let me know if anything looks off.
